African Enterprise International Board visits AEE Kenya
On the last day of its convening, the African Enterprise International Board, together with African Enterprise International staff, visited AEE Kenya for a lunch meeting. The meeting was attended by AEI Board, AEI staff and AEE Kenya staff, and Foxfires.
Reverend Antoine, the International Board Chairperson urged the AEE Kenya team to be courageous and take on big projects while trusting God to build his ministry. “I encourage you, just keep going, it will happen. When the Lord is on our side, he will put the wind in our sails for everything that we do. Just let us keep on trusting Him because this is His work. If we can build our own houses, why can’t He build his Kingdom?” he said in response to AEE Kenya Team Leader’s announcement of a proposed Conference Centre project at the AEE Kenya property in Nairobi.
The International Board chair also charged up the AEE Kenya team for the planned Kisumu mission. He urged for real impact, tasking the team to look at the now-scenario in Kisumu and consider the then-scenario of what Kisumu should look like after the mission.
“Will people know that we have been there? Will there be something that we leave there and when we come back, people will say that Kisumu was impacted because we’ve been there?”
‘You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. ‘ John 15:16
The visit was culminated by sharing of a meal and praying together.
